Two years ago, I was suffering from debilitating caregiver burnout. A friend referred me to Elizabeth. During our time together, I gained tools and techniques to release and minimize the effects of stress in my life while cultivating the attitudes of gratitude and forgiveness. I was able to shed beliefs and habits that no longer serve me. I now live a very peaceful life. I will be forever grateful to Elizabeth for her knowledge, kindness and compassion.
