I have participated in Elizabeth’s workshops for over 10 years, making it a point to get to at least one a year. The subject matter and therapeutic art projects can vary. Nonetheless, the result is always the same – I leave feeling rejuvenated, inspired, connected and confident. I use the stress management strategies regularly and have learned to listen to my heart, mind, body and soul. As a professional woman with a very active family and social life, I sometimes feel my head is spinning and need to regain a sense of balance. that’s when I search out Elizabeth’s workshops. It’s my gift to myself and I’ve never been disappointed.
