Writing To Heal the Soul

There is extensive research showing that writing that describes life changing events in detail and how we feel about those events is one of the most powerful and effective ways to transform loss. Through writing, we are able to fully break through to the other side of grief, anxiety and confusion to regain hope and find healing. In this workshop, we will do a variety of short writing exercises (no longer than 20 minutes each) and relaxation techniques that use writing as a tool for self-communication and healing. No writing experience required.
Bring a pen and paper or electronic device for writing.
