emotions – especially the uncomfortable ones we judge as bad – hold a tremendous amount of energy; we’ve all experienced what happens when we repress or blindly express anger, anxiety and fear. Learning to ask the question: “what are my feelings trying to tell me?” can help us to welcome uncomfortable emotions and receive their wisdom so that we can safely and effectively move toward resolution and inner balance, thus promoting a deeper sense of connection with our best selves and those around us.
In this workshop, we will explore how to embrace your full spectrum of feelings – from anger and fear to joy and more – so that you can more skillfully work with your own and others’ emotions with fluency and ease. This workshop experience will include: discussion; visual journaling; writing; guided meditations and visualizations; and more.
