HeartMath Tools for Building Resilience

October 18, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm CDT

$15

Resilience-building is an important new approach to understanding and regulating stress. HeartMath tools and techniques can help you respond to events and communications in ways that reduce stress, enhance life performance and enjoyment, improve health, build effective relationships, and more. In this workshop, you will learn easy-to-learn, on-the-go, self-regulation tools and resilience-building practices aimed at teaching you how to take positive effective action throughout the day during times of pressures, challenge and change.

In this workshop we will cover The Resilience Advantage Program, a cutting edge, high impact program developed by the Institute of HeartMath. http://www.heartmath.org. The Resilience Advantage program is widely used by the U.S. Military and military hospitals to help increase resilience and combat PTSD in active service personnel and veterans. 20-years of group and individual HeartMath client results show significant, sustained improvements in health costs, productivity, stress levels, resilience, cognition and emotional well-being.

This is a three week course: October 18 and 25 and Novemeber 1.

The purchase of a $15 workbook is required.
