SUMMARY:Leader\, Seeker\, Thief: Personality Style & How it Shapes Our Interactions with Others
DESCRIPTION:Why is it easy to communicate with some family members and even strangers\, but not others? What personality traits and emotional characteristics make for good leadership? In what way is personality an expression of Spirit? \n  \nDifficult people have certain personality traits or emotional characteristics as do leaders\, as do we all. In this workshop\, we will look at personality styles and types in the context of spiritual archetypes – psychological patterns of inner friends and foes that live within us and are expressed in our interactions with others. Through discussion\, writing\, guided meditations and more\, we will explore: what our own patterns are; how to effectively cope with challenging people in work and home environments; qualities that make for positive and effective leadership; and more.
